St. Vincent's is a modern and stylish 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom cottage located in the village of Kingussie, in the Badenoch & Strathspey area of the Scottish Highlands. This family friendly cottage has a king bedroom with en suite, and a twin bedroom upstairs, and a further double bedroom on the ground floor. There is also a room to relax in on the upper floor, complete with sofa and guitar. St. Vincent's boasts a large open plan kitchen and dining room, and a generous living room space complete with log burner and 48inch Smart TV. There is a gated drive on entrance to the property, with ample car parking space. There is also a large, fenced front and back garden to relax in. As you would expect in the Highlands, Kingussie is surrounded  by numerous walking and cycle trails, and stunning scenery as far as the eye can see. The local shops, restaurants and cafes are just a short walk away from the property. Kingussie provides the perfect base to explore the Cairngorms National Park. There are so many fantastic places to visit, Aviemore, Inverness, Skye, Fort William, Mallaig are all just a drive away. For the whisky enthusiasts, there is also the famous whisky trail, which provides stunning scenery while you drive to your Distillery of choice. St. Vincent’s is a dog friendly cottage.

Ardchoile is a fantastic large Victorian house over three levels. It is the perfect base for a family friendly holiday, allowing you to explore many popular destinations, such as Aviemore, Skye, Inverness, Fort William, Oban, Mallaig and Loch Ness. The house has 2 super king-size bedrooms, 1 king-size bedroom, and a further bedroom with two bunkbeds in it, sleeping 4 guests. The bunk beds are standard single bed size. There are two sitting rooms, one of which has a dining area and a log fire. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and breakfast table. The top floor of the house has a games room, complete with a darts board and a junior pool table. The utility room has ample space for hanging up coats and muddy boots as well as a washing machine and dryer. The house also has a shower room, WC and a bathroom. Ardchoile comfortably sleeps 10 guests. There is WIFI and central heating throughout this house, and the TVs in the sitting rooms have streaming services. From the house and garden you will be able to spot local wildlife, and enjoy the surrounding mountain and forest views while relaxing in the hot tub. The village center is within walking distance. There are numerous walks and cycle trails from the front door, the bike shop in Kingussie has bikes for hire, and they will also deliver to the house. Ardchoile is a dog friendly cottage. Ardchoile is a non smoking house. We also do not accept any parties at Ardchoile. The house has a large private drive with ample parking space. There is CCTV in operation in the car park, and the property also has a ring doorbell.
