While our roots are in Newtonmore in the Highlands, we are thoughtfully expanding across Scotland and would be delighted to hear from owners in other locations.

We charge 15% commission per booking, while all owner weeks remain yours at no extra cost - so you keep full flexibility. You will have access to our owner portal, where you can view bookings, account statements, and you can block dates off for your own personal use or for maintenance purposes. There is also a housekeeping portal, so your changeover team will receive instant booking notifications, and can view check-in and check-out dates. Onboarding with Escape Cottages Scotland is free and we don’t charge VAT.
